How do I complete a Reflection?

Pause, think, and capture what you're learning — one prompt a day.

Quick answer

Go to Reflections and click "Reveal today's reflection" to see today's prompt. Click "Start reflection" to begin your 20-minute timer, write your answer, and click "Save reflection" when you're ready. Come back tomorrow for a new question.

Reveal today's reflection

Go to Reflections and click "Reveal today's reflection" to see today's prompt and a follow-up question to expand on it.

Start writing

Click "Start reflection" — a 20-minute timer begins, and a text box opens for your answer.

There's no right answer. This is just for you.

Save it

Write as much or as little as you want, then click "Save reflection" whenever you're ready — you don't need to fill the full 20 minutes.

Come back tomorrow for a new question.

Manage past reflections

Open "View past reflections" to browse everything you've written. Use the "•••" menu on any entry to edit your response or delete it permanently.

Once you've completed 7 reflections, a Stats tab unlocks with insights on your patterns over time.
