How do I use Growth Playbooks?
Organize the tactics you're using, testing, and want to try — then work through the lessons to execute them.
Quick answer
Go to Distribution to see your growth plan — current, wishlist, and previously tested tactics — and browse all 22 playbooks. Click Update to adjust your plan, or open any playbook to work through its lessons.

Review your growth plan
Go to Distribution to see your growth plan at a glance: Current strategies, Wishlist, and Previously tested, each showing a tactic count. Below that, "Learn and execute" lists all 22 playbooks — things like Affiliate Program, Cold Outreach, Marketing (Digital), Organic Video, Podcast Host, and SEO — each showing how many lessons you've completed.

Update your growth plan
Click "Update" on the growth plan card to open a 3-step wizard. Step 1 asks what tactics you're actively using today; step 2 asks what you've tried in the past, even ones you wouldn't repeat; step 3 lets you star tactics you'd like to test next for your wishlist (up to 3 recommended).
Every step lets you pick from any of the 22 tactics, and you can skip a step or come back and update your plan anytime.

Open a playbook and start a lesson
Click into any playbook to see its progress (e.g. "0 of 17 lessons complete"), what's up next, and the full lesson list with each lesson's estimated time. Click "Continue lesson" or any individual lesson to open it.
Each lesson shows its position (e.g. "Lesson 1 of 17"), a short definition or content card, and a "Complete & continue" button that takes you to the next lesson. Completed lessons show a checkmark, and the playbook's progress bar and percentage update as you go.

Decide what you want to do
There's no single right way to work through a playbook. Take action as you go, lesson by lesson. Wait until you've watched everything, then execute. Or use the lessons themselves to decide whether the tactic is worth pursuing at all.
